1. Q. How do I get started with classes or one-on-one sessions?

2. Q. Is there a cost for these classes or private sessions?

A. Yes, there is a reasonable cost of our programs, but they are based on the client’s ability to pay for the service. This sliding scale fee will be agreed to at the initial intake session. The minimum rate is $20.00 per week up to $45.00 per week. For financially difficult cases, scholarship funding MAY be available to offset SOME of the service fee cost.

9. Q. What are your approaches to anger management?

A. Our facilitators help groups and individuals identify subconscious roots, warning signs, and unhealthy behaviors associated with negative anger. Then we encourage individuals and groups to assume responsibility for their emotion of anger, take charge of their emotional responses, and become desensitized from learned negative behaviors.

10. Q. Will I be seeing a certified facilitator or a licensed counselor?

A. Most clients that call or are referred to Anger Solutions need focused training on anger management, and therefore will meet with a certified anger management facilitator. However, some clients may require additional assistance in other parts of their lives, and they will be encouraged to visit with one of our licensed counselors.

11. Q. Can my spouse/my friend attend my anger sessions with me?
