1. Q. How do I get started with classes or
one-on-one sessions?
A. Candidates for this program start by calling one of our two
Center locations and having the office manager schedule an intake
appointment with a qualified intake person. Based on this no-cost
initial intake, a person may or may not be approved or qualified for
this program.

2. Q. Is there a cost for these classes or
private sessions?
A. Yes, there is a reasonable cost of our programs, but they are
based on the client’s ability to pay for the service. This sliding
scale fee will be agreed to at the initial intake session. The
minimum rate is $20.00 per week up to $45.00 per week. For
financially difficult cases, scholarship funding MAY be available to
offset SOME of the service fee cost.

8. Q. Are your programs faith-based or

9. Q. What are your approaches to anger
management?
A. Our facilitators help groups and individuals identify
subconscious roots, warning signs, and unhealthy behaviors
associated with negative anger. Then we encourage individuals and
groups to assume responsibility for their emotion of anger, take
charge of their emotional responses, and become desensitized from
learned negative behaviors.

10. Q. Will I be seeing a certified facilitator
or a licensed counselor?
A. Most clients that call or are referred to Anger Solutions need
focused training on anger management, and therefore will meet with a
certified anger management facilitator. However, some clients may
require additional assistance in other parts of their lives, and
they will be encouraged to visit with one of our licensed
counselors.

11. Q. Can my spouse/my friend attend my anger
sessions with me?
A. Normally, spouses and friends can not sit in on one-on-one
sessions after the initial intake session. Clients are more open and
straightforward with their assigned facilitator when their spouse or
close friends are not in the room. However, clients are encouraged
to discuss the materials covered with their spouse or friend after
each session.

12. Q. Do you have bi-lingual facilitators?
