ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS:
These sessions are designed to offer the most individual help to
those who feel the need for private and confidential instruction. A
certified facilitator will guide the individual through these
comprehensive sessions covering all aspects of the course. These
sessions are approximately one hour and fifteen minutes in length
with one session per week for eight weeks. Scheduling times are
dependent on the client’s individual schedule and facilitator
availability.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS:
These sessions are designed to offer help for those who feel more
comfortable in a group atmosphere. Emphasis is placed on both
gaining knowledge through instruction and participation in open
discussion within the group. The group sessions are designed to last
for a period of eight weeks. Each session is approximately one and
one half hour in length. These groups are held on a round robin
basis so that an individual may enter the group at any time and then
complete the entire eight week cycle.

SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS:
Seminars and workshops are available in two areas. First, a
seminar or workshop can be held as a free standing event and not be
part of any other program or event. Secondly, a seminar/workshop can
be designed to be integrated into a separate event as a feature that
would be of interest and value as part of an overall program. An
example would be a conference in which attendees would have a choice
of several seminars/workshops to attend on various subjects.

Anger management training is available for all levels of
management and supervisory personnel. The training includes all
aspects of identification and resolution of anger-related situations

discussion format. Any special subject matter that is deemed to be
of significant value to the sponsoring group may also be

Anger training for employees is available for all employees or
may be targeted to certain departments or job classification. All
participants can be pre-tested to determine their level of
understanding of the anger emotion. Participants are also
post-tested after the completion of the training in order to
evaluate their new level of understanding and knowledge of the anger
emotion. A summary of the test results will be made available to
management for review and possible follow-up actions.

CHURCH GROUP STUDIES:
A wide variety of programs, seminars and classes are available to
church groups. The overall purpose of these programs is to be a
resource to churches in providing their members with the knowledge
and skills to live an anger-controlled life. These programs are not
a Bible study in anger; however, meaningful scriptures and Bible
references will be incorporated to add emphasis to the faith-based
ideals and principles.

FACILITATOR TRAINING:
This training equips an individual with the necessary knowledge
to facilitate effectively the anger management course for various
groups or organizations. Many participants in this type of training
wish to work only with specific groups. These would include church
groups, professional groups, associations, etc. Although individuals
seeking this training may not wish to become certified anger
management specialists, a substantial amount of training time must
be anticipated in order to reach a high level of competency.

This service is made available to help address an organization's
need for anger management training. The consulting assessment will

anger-related issues. Other assessment areas can include, but not be

and inter-personal hostilities. After the consulting process is
completed, specific recommendations will be made for review.

Services are available to monitor and review an existing program
that includes instruction in anger management and related subject
material. This monitoring will be used to determine if the desired
program results are being achieved. The purpose of this service is
not to replace existing programs, but to make possible refinement
and corrections to increase the effectiveness of such programs.
