Many times we express our negative angry emotions  out of habit. All of us develop some positive and some negative habits. An angry intensifying habit would be yelling. pouting, hitting or other forms of violence. An important concept in trying to eliminate negative anger conduct and responses is NOT to become discouraged when you fail. Behavioral science tells us it will take about six months of diligent effort to change a habit. Remember, eliminating a negative angry habit can significantly enhance you entire life --- start now and stay at it!
